NFT Standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155)

OptiLensAI employs two NFT standards to accommodate diverse use cases within the ecosystem:

  1. ERC-721 (Unique NFTs):

    • Used for minting unique research assets, such as datasets, patents, or publications.

    • Ensures each NFT represents a distinct and verifiable asset.

  2. ERC-1155 (Semi-Fungible NFTs):

    • Enables fractional ownership of research NFTs, allowing multiple contributors to hold shares of a single asset.

    • Ideal for collaborative funding and shared intellectual property rights.

Both standards provide flexibility in managing ownership, royalties, and access rights.
